Avebury Stone Circle walk blog

Photo from a relatively recent visit to Avebury. My first time seeing the ancient stones. Also walked over to Silbury Hill which I'll post pictures of another time. A local told me the story of the barber surgeon of Avebury, not sure how accurate it was, but a suitably creepy story and enough to make me shift to the pub sharpish when it started to get dark!
